I would also point out that the value Tom and Doug brought to our project has more than paid for the expense. They are two of the best in the business. Further, we have personally had extensive conversations with the owner of Ilderton contractors, Pat Ilderton, and I can tell you he is an honorable person as well.
The best thing about working with Tom and Doug is the fact that they allowed my wife the flexibility to incorporate her ideas and touch while providing guidance, insight and professional experience. In addition and if you've ever taken on a large project, then you recognize there will be challenges. When issues did manifest, we could have honest, candid and cost conscious discussions knowing that we were all on the same team…pulling for the best outcome possible. Ilderton does NO advertising so we wanted to convey to anyone doing research what a good group of people they are.
